Last week's maintenance for the Office/Lab upgrade did not go as planned and the major work of switching IP networks to the new interface still need to be performed:
We are going to upgrade our office and lab internet connectivity and will experience an interruption while migrating the actual physical link and the attached IP networks. No customer impact is expected, but secondary services may experience reduced redundancy or availability:
* Platform automation and deployments (Hydra) * Emergency notifications * DNS (reduced redundancy)
We do not expect a full downtime of 4 hours but intermittent loss while the networks are being migrated and may need adjustments on the new routing platform.
