We will be performing maintenance on our internal staff Matrix chat server (matrix.flyingcircus.io), in order to complete the work started yesterday evening (2025-07-29). We do not expect the availability of the chat server to be affected during this maintenance.
Customer Matrix chat servers hosted as managed services are not affected by this maintenance.
If an emergency occurs with a project which has an SLA during this maintenance, our on-call support staff can be contacted through the emergency telephone hotline or by emailing the emergency support email, as documented on the "Emergency support sheet" page for the associated resource group in my.flyingcircus.io.
