The partial storage outage has recovered. A machine's faulty interface has been triaged, the ceph cluster has recovered, and Vs are operational again.

Update
We are encountering degraded performance (including some hanging I/O requests) in our storage cluster. These are likely caused by network changes of the ongoing on-site maintenance work. Our staff is working on resolving those.

We will be performing maintenance work on-site in RZOB, our production datacenter. Customer services should not be affected by the planned maintenance activities, which involve redundant or non-critical infrastructure, and our on-site staff will be able to respond in case of unforeseen impact.
