RZOB network uplink and router maintenance

We will be performing maintenance on our network uplink in RZOB, in order to finish deploying the changes which we were not able to complete during the maintenance window on February 25th. We do not expect any interruptions to services, and will be monitoring the situation for any unexpected impact.
